The Grand Imam meets with students of the “Imam Al-Tayyeb” school and advises them to continue striving to memorize the Book of Allah and understand its meanings.

 

 

His Eminence the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Prof. Ahmad Al-Tayyeb received today, Wednesday, at Al-Azhar headquarters, a group of international students enrolled in the Imam Al-Tayyeb School for Memorizing and Reciting the Holy Quran, in the presence of a few school leaders, teachers and administrators.

 

The Grand Imam welcomed his students, expressing his happiness at meeting his distinguished students who memorized the Book of Allah at the Imam Al-Tayyeb School. He stressed that paying attention to memorizing the Book of Allah is the basis for building a new generation of young people capable of carrying the message of goodness, mercy and peace, which is the essence of the message of Islam to the whole world. He added that this inspires confidence that the future of the nation will be good as long as there are those who sincerely and diligently study the Book of Allah, memorize it and master its sciences, so that it may be their fortress and protection from extremist ideas.

 

The Grand Imam listened to distinguished Quranic recitations with the ten readings from the distinguished students of the Imam Al-Tayyeb School. His Eminence praised the students who have mastered memorizing the Holy Quran with the ten modes of recitation, which confirms the great effort exerted by those in charge of the school, including teachers and officials, who dedicated their time and effort to reach this tangible result. 

 

His Eminence advised the students to continue striving to understand more of the meanings of the Holy Quran and its interpretation, and not only memorize it, so that in the near future they will be ambassadors of Al-Azhar in their countries. He stressed that Al-Azhar will not hesitate to provide them with all means of support.

 

The students of Imam Al-Tayyeb School expressed their great happiness at meeting His Eminence the Grand Imam, stressing that the school has made it easier for them to master memorizing the Holy Quran with its ten modes of recitation. They expressed their gratitude to the distinguished teachers who supported and helped them memorize and study the Quran. They expressed their sincere thanks to Al-Azhar Al-Sharif and His Eminence the Grand Imam for providing them with all the necessary tools to memorize the Noble Quran.
